Cancellation Policy
Clients must arrive 5 minutes before their appointment. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a late fee of £15. If your more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled; this is non refundable. Please call before hand if you feel you will be late. Each session must be booked within 4 weeks of each session. All treatment packages have to be used with the expiry date (120 days). If you have bought a promotional offer this is valid for 120 days (3 months). It is your responsibility to ensure you use all your sessions within this timeframe of 120 days (3 months). If any sessions are not used they cannot be redeemed after the 120 days (3 months). You Must give 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can only reschedule a maximum of 1 time. If you cancel a booking a 50% deposit will be taken for our admission fee. Please come with a fresh face without makeup or BB cream. Removal of any facial products will occur an additional charge of £5.00 this must be paid before your session starts. Videos and Pictures maybe taken to track results. This may be posted on our social media site. If you do not wish for your pictures to be used please let us know at your appointment.
