At Additions Aesthetics, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we ask that you carefully review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.

1. Booking Fees

• A 50% booking fee or full payment is required to secure your appointment.

• The booking fee is deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• 72 hours or more: Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made with the required notice. [Confirm refund arrangements for advance cancellations.]

• Less than 72 hours: A cancellation or rescheduling charge equivalent to 50% of the booking fee applies, subject to applicable consumer rights.

• Less than 24 hours: A charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost applies, subject to applicable consumer rights and the clinic's actual losses.

• Failure to attend: No-show appointments are subject to the same charging policy as cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Any applicable outstanding charges may be collected using the payment method securely held by the booking provider, where authorized.

3. Rescheduling Limits

Each new booking may be rescheduled a maximum of once. Any additional changes will be subject to the clinic's cancellation policy.

4. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

• Clients arriving 10 minutes late will incur an additional £15 late fee.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation, with any applicable cancellation charges determined under this policy.

5. Medical Suitability & Incomplete Questionnaires

Clients must complete the required pre-treatment questionnaire before attending their appointment.

If the questionnaire has not been completed and a medical concern is identified during the appointment that prevents treatment, applicable cancellation charges may apply.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Any reduction or waiver of applicable cancellation fees may be considered at the clinic's discretion, without affecting the client's statutory rights.
