1. Appointments & Booking

• To secure your appointment, a 50% booking fee or full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Any booking fee paid will be deducted from the final treatment price on the day of your appointment.

• Clients are requested to arrive on time or up to 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

2. Late Arrivals

• Arriving 10 minutes late will result in an additional £15 late fee.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will be non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights.

• Please contact the clinic beforehand if you anticipate being late.

3. Pre-Treatment Consultation & Medical Information

• All clients must complete their pre-treatment questionnaire before attending their appointment.

• A consent form will be completed at the clinic before treatment begins.

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical information, including pregnancy, underlying medical conditions, and any medications being taken.

• It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information before every treatment.

• If the questionnaire has not been completed in advance and a medical concern is identified during the appointment that prevents treatment, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Treatment Preparation
To ensure the best possible treatment experience, please follow these guidelines:

• Avoid exfoliating acids, retinol, and other resurfacing products for 2–3 days before your treatment.

• Avoid sunbeds and strong UV exposure for at least 5 days before most treatments.

• Arrive with a clean face, free from makeup, BB cream, or skin tint.

• Failure to follow these preparation guidelines may result in additional charges at the clinic's discretion.

5. Age Restrictions

• Most treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over.

• Certain treatments may be offered to clients aged 14–17 with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

6. Right to Refuse Treatment
Additions Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or refuse treatment if our clinical team believes it is not in the client's best interests, including where there are medical, safety, or ethical concerns.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of once.
